Again, I've become a terrible blogger. Returning to life after Thanksgiving hasn't been easy. I spent the week getting ready for the Adat Noar weekend where I led services, fielded 9th grader questions about sex and Judaism, and managed the counselors in training...there was a just a lot to do and the weekend itself was great but draining. I ended up coming down with a cold on Monday morning causing me to miss much school. Still coughing, I have to try to buckle down for finals coming up. The good news is that I gave my first drash (speech) at services on Friday night at the Neshama minyan. I think it went very well thanks to my last minute coach, Aaron. Tonight, we hung out at the Grove: had dinner, saw a movie, bought matching cashmere hats...just the usual. :)
In terms of the wedding, we've made some progress. I chose a color for the sisters' dresses: pink! They can choose their dress and their shade. I think it will be very pretty! Glad to have finally made that decision. Next, once break hits, we start interviewing musicians.
